Contractor scope-creep checklist

Small additions on a residential job are easy to forget when the crew is already on site. A useful capture system should fit the moment the request happens and leave a clear note for invoicing.

Check the workflow

  1. Capture: can a crew member record the request before moving to the next task?
  2. Customer wording: does the process separate a requested add-on from the original scope?
  3. Handoff: can the office see the note before the invoice is finalized?
  4. Review: is there a short weekly check for missed additions?
  5. Boundaries: are examples clearly sample wording rather than legal or tax advice?
Current offer to inspect: Whop’s marketplace record lists an 11-page “While-You’re-Here Catcher” toolkit for residential contractors at $27 one-time. It includes a printable job-site card, billing checklist and crew guidelines. Verify the live contents and terms before checkout. Inspect it on Whop →

The checklist evaluates whether the workflow fits your operation; it does not promise recovered revenue or legal compliance.
