Provider retention and use depend on the service and its data controls; we do not promise UK-only processing or that provider copies are immediately erased.

We remove identifiable feedback from active use within 30 days after the conversation ends, or earlier on withdrawal. Deleted mail may remain in Gmail Trash for up to a further 30 days before automatic deletion; provider backups and technical records follow their retention policies. We retain only anonymous findings for this experiment.

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We make no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
